The departure is from a cooperative cellar or a wine house: an opportunity to taste the local nectars in moderation…

By the sea, near the Thau lagoon, discover the playground of the shellfish farmers, the breeders of the famous “Bouzigues oyster”. There are different ways to discover the lagoon: reading the landscapes, taking a barge ride… For the tasting, idem: in love, between friends, in mode aperitif of dinner, meal in a farmhouse or restaurant… What a delight to taste these shellfish freshly opened for you, with a breathtaking view of the pond!

Raw shellfish, gratinated shellfish, mussel brasucade for amateurs… It’s up to you to choose your special moment. The shellfish farmers welcome you and tell you all about it, in a splendid setting. Each time, you will enjoy your taste buds and your eyes, in a friendly atmosphere, pure happiness!
